I broke down and sold my Horton and bought an Matthews Drenlin and its been so long since I shot a bow I don't think I can get it to shot tight groups yet. And should I try shooting more than 30 yards or just try to get groups with this and can you shoot more than 1 arrow when sighting in a bow. and where is this shop in Hermitage and what is the name because I will not ever go to Steve's Archery they suck and the place in Dickson just put the stuff on the bow and said here you go. I just don't think I'm getting what this bow can give. PLEASE HELP and if any one lives close to Columbia and works nights and wants to shoot let me know my Backyard is small only 26 yards wide.

Nice choice on the Dren. what i would do is focus on shooting groups at about 20yds first. then go from there. definately shoot more than one arrow. you need to see how it groups. then sight in according to your groups. ex. grouping high, right, then move the sights up and to the right. Also don't over shoot when sighting in. 25-30 arrows at a time especially if it's been a while since you have shot. your arm will ftigue more than you will realize. good luck with the bow.

Good advice. Don't worry too much about groups until you bond with the bow and get a good feel for how it shoots. You also want to work on your shooting form to be consistent.

As previously stated I would shoot no more than 20 yards while using 3-5 arrows and work on your form instead of flinging numbers, as Stumpy stated. Have you paper tuned it yet? If you would like someone to double check it as far as the cams being in time, paper tune, etc... I would take it to Joe at Hermitage Archery. His number and address is

Hermitage Archery - Joe Fiato
4319 Central Pike
Hermitage, TN 37076

He is there Tuesday-Friday 10-5
