Wow. I've never heard of the 1-1/2 model before. My future sil found a Model 2 S&W in the roots of a large pine tree on the property they are clearing for their home site. He cleaned it up unbelievably well with diesel and a brush, and it actually still functioned when pulling the trigger, but the hammer spring had rusted out. It still rotated the cylinder when pulling the trigger, and was in remarkable condition considering it had been buried for any number of years back there. I actually think it would fire with a hammer spring replaced. GLWS!
