I don't do beef to often but Food City has a good sale on beef chuck roast. So I got 6 all 2.4-3lbs I smoked 4 of them with hickory and mesquite in my Weber Smokey Mountain. Seasoned with salt/pepper/garlic/onion powder (so I could use for different dishes). Here is a few pictures:
