I think that I finally got it right this time. The filing was cream cheese, carmelized onions, and bacon pieces, then pepper jack and sharp cheddar (gonna try Gouda next time). Wrapped in bacon and sprinkled with homemade bbq seasoning

You'll like Gouda. Good in there. Made same and we all loved it with the gouda
