Made 11lbs of snacks sticks, Hot and Cajun. Freezer clean out used Deer, beef and some pork. Used LEM hot and cajun seasoning and 21mm collagen casings Used the Weston Sausage Stuffer I have for sell in the classifieds. Smoked on Weber smokey mountain smoker using apple wood. Vac sealed using a Vacmaster 260 sealer and vacmaster bags. Packaged 8oz per pack and a few 10 oz packages. VERY TASTY...
