Made a batch, ended up with 26- 6.oz vac sealed bags. Pepperoni and hot the 2 flavors. Seasoning from Sausagemaker.com. Pretty good stuff, casing were 22mm a little bigger that I wanted but all I had.
I'd like to do a batch of snack sticks this year. Never tried it before but used a kit from high mountain seasoning (?) to do smoked sausage last year and was really pleased with it.
