I'm having trouble finding load data for "modern action" 6.5x55. Specifically, I'm looking for start/max for the 155g Lapua Mega. 156g Norma Oryx, and 160g Hornady round nose. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Reloder 19,22, or 26...prefer 19 or 22
Also have H4350

Check this site out, they discuss the bullets you're referring to I believe.

Thanks Mup. I've got the info if loading for my M94, I just can't find anything for the modern action. What little info I've seen shows the modern action loads starting at or above the max loads for the Swede. I guess I could just start with the Swede loads and keep going up. I would just feel more comfortable with some proven loads. Thanks again. With it warming up, I need to get started loading for my new rifle.

I just finished loading some test rounds up a few minutes ago from the data I got from shooting a ladder with my 300 WinMag this past Saturday. 18 rounds, 3 ea from two potential close together shots of 3 nodes I may have found. Fun fun fun!

I got these loads from Load Data.com for the 6.5 x 55. They were developed in a Winchester Model 70, so the pressures are probably higher than loads for a small ring Mauser, which is exactly what you are looking for.

I'd highly recommend paying for a years subscription to Load Data. It's a bargain compared to buying individual manuals. It's put together by the people who write Handloader and Rifle magazines.
