I have a small farm that I hunt close to work.....I only get 30 minutes, but its a great way to wake up. I walked back to my normal spot, heard a bird gobble back by the truck....hustle to get there....only to bump the bird, he flew down into the bottom, so I circled around on the ridge above him, when I sat down he gobbled, I pulled my slate out and hit it 2Xs, he cut me off and was 100yds out so I put my slate down and picked up my gun, he gobbled 3 more times telling me where to aim and he came up in my scope about 15yds away. I shot him at 615 and was at work by 645....he's in the cooler, so I will information later.
