Son's fan mount and cape

I need to get the shadow box built, and it will be complete. He killed his first turkey on 5/1. My taxidermist buddy did the feet for me, and I did the fan and cape. I took it out of the borax yesterday and measured it for a custom shadow box. I have another friend that I will get to build the box. I think it looks good so far.

Looks good. I really like those fan and cape mounts.

Looks good and will look even better in the box. I hung mine fan side down. The wood used on my box is a golden oak color. At the top of the fan and hanging down the middle of it I also mounted a small, narrow strip of wood matching the box and mounted the beard on it. It sort of adds contrast to the fan and box.
