This is a Sony P52 homebrew trail camera I built. It has a Yeti board powered by a 9v battery. Has a pipe thru for a Python Lock Cable. 3d camo of course. Camera external power is by 4 C cells. Should run for about 5500 pictures. Has the HPWA fresnel so no animal is ever missed. Seems like you guys are starting to enjoy the homebrews so I will start posting pics of some of my builds for you all to see. Hope you enjoy them.

I like the Duracells better too. My wife picked up some Energizers cheap somewhere so I was using them up. As far as rechargeables there is no better than the Sanyo Eneloops!!!

I like the idea of putting these out and using them. Rather than the commercial cameras ordeal last year everyone was going through... placing them out, going to check them only to find problems. sending back to manufacture for repair or replacement!

I really think homebrews are going to really start to take off again!

Looks really Jim! Nice work

I agree. If chinese manufacturers keep puting out crap cameras, people will jump back on the homebrew bandwagon.

Not sure how much I have in it...probably $200...I buy my cameras in bulk from another country so hard to pin amounts down.
