Sony S600 Homebrew!!!

Here is a few pics from a Sony S600 Custom homebrew I just built for a customer. The S600 has the best camera flash in the market!! This unit does not have a slave flash. Camera's flash only.

The S600 makes the best food plot cam. Slow trigger time but awesome flash!

Like just how slow is that trigger speed?
Sure looks like an awesome cam for monitoring a field.

The S600 as well as the S40 has a 2 second trigger for the first pic on wake up. Second and subsequent pics are 1.5 seconds.

That must be a specially modified S600 FIREMANJIM. My homebrew with S600 has about a 4 second trigger time. My S40s run 1.2 to 1.5 seconds.

Why would one choose the Sony S600 over the H55?

Flash range?

The H55's 14 mp seems to offer more advantages, other than flash range?

Has the YETI FAST HACK done to the camera. Lens remains extended and no lens doors. I am now building my own boards and programming them myself. It is amazing what can be done now!!!

Flash is the reason. Cameras are cheaper too. Not too many people can afford a $150 camera to put in a homebrew. S600 has a awesome flash. But the H55 is not too far behind it.
