That's all these bowl games are besides the playoff games anyways are participation trophies that no one remembers in a week. I've never understood why folks get so excited that their team makes it to a bowl game. Yeah the school might get $500k for playing but other than that it means nothing.

If allowed to, Tennessee fans would sell the Music City or Liberty Bowls up to watch them play. That's what they are looking towards rather than credibility. I am a hardcore Tennessee fan and don't believe they have earned a bowl, but if they are going to be afforded the opportunity to be in one, by all means, make it one that Tennessee fans don't have to drive 10 hours to enjoy..

By the way... I wish my computer would automatically abbreviate on this site.. My wide use of contractions and mild OCD are slowing down my response times .

ALABAMA went to some loser bowl last year . Could not tell you where it was or who they played . Did not care to watch it .
That's how meaningless they are .
 
Not a follower of any football. It comes down to the dollar in advertising and alumni donations. In the NFL, why is it important to win the Super Bowl? $$$$$$ for both sides.

team to beat. Class of the country for sure. If it all gets cancelled because of the Rona, they'll claim another title

SECCG is going to be a good one. UF is the real deal. No way they should be ranked behind TAM. I don't care about the head to head. But Bama's D isn't as bad as UF's so I don't think UF can out score Bama.

ND beats Clemson again. Smoke and mirrors come to an end. Notice how teams are huddling up vs Clemson?

Texas A&M will see a road block with ALABAMA but they look better overall than Florida even with a terrible QB
