Has anyone ever hunted SC. I have been invited to hunt turkeys there in a couple of weeks. I know I will need a license and tags. Can you get the tags right over the counter.

Been invited to hunt the low country the last 3 years God willing I'll be there next year

I have, and yes you can purchase non-resident online or over the counter (at least you could the years I hunted there). Hunted both low country and upstate SC and did well. It's all about what kind of property you have access to and the birds didn't seem any more ornery there than other places (though thick vegetation and standing water can make things tougher at times in the low country).
