Well I know of and have a speed loader for my rifle/handgun muzzle loaders. A ML shotgun now that is another story, it's OK on the bench when dialing it in, but a bit of pain if your in the woods . Keep in mind that once you have varified the propelent grain volume and shot weight here's what I came up with and "EL CHEEPO" like free at any drug store. Carries well in small bag or in cargo pocket. Let me know what you think. Well works for me. Actually I cut a 7 day in half, only need 2 back up charges.

Did the 5x6 load work good?

Roost,
Sent a few Sunday for a test. All at 40 yards with 200gr T7, lead 5s, 6s and 5/6s. I set up a right and left target, they are far enough apart not to pick up the spread. I did send one at 50 "just for kicks" #5 ... 8 in the head and throat. This week end I'm going to try some Hevi shot, with some wads only split a 1/3 of the way. This SG is a hoot, wonder if I should go with what I have ......... NAAAAAAAAAA got to tinker a bit more. Saw a bunch of birds at the lease. A little out of range though ;) Let me know what you think, showed a few other turkey guys. They told me to stop messing with it :D Wish their XXXXXX patterned that well.

Oh sure a "triplex" mix :D , this was to be fun :) Roost. You know I'll give that a shot after I try the hevi loads this weekend. ;) Why not we have a month to go. Will send images of next group.

On my quick loads I use a shotgun shell shoved inside of another. I keep my measured out powder in one and my shot in another. I carry 4 of each in my bag. I also use the 2 oz wads that are pink.
