Spot Hogg

I got a Spot Hogg "Hogg-It" sight about a year and a half ago. On Tuesday before the opener, I was putzing around with it and forced a screw until it broke. In a panic, I called them. I gave them my CC #, they 2-day shipped me an $80 part for the sight. I even told them that it broke solely because of my own stupidity.

When I got the part, I called them, and they walked me through how to put it on. They charged me for the part, but as soon as they receive the old broken one, they will take the charge off my credit card. I had to pay $19 to get it expedited, but I would have paid a lot more to be ready for the opener.

I was a little ticked that the sight cost so much, but I guess you pay for service. They now have my business no matter what.

I have a Black Gold sight. I over tightened a screw and cracked the mount that attaches to the bow. I called Black Gold and they sent a replacement mount no charge.

I had a part break on a Cobra single pin . I got two free replacements at no charge.

With todays economy the way it is.. I am glad to hear companies still believe in quality customer service. I have only had a couple dealing with companies as of lately.

They do have great customer service. Also HHA has a great customer service.

My fibers broke on my dial sight. Lifetime warranty on there sights. All it cost me was shipping to get it there. They put all new fibers in.

I also had the level come off of my Montana gold sight. I called to order one and was told they would get me one in the mail that afternoon (and they did!) free of charge. It is impressive to deal with companies that stand behind their products.
