Spring 2017 Quota Hunt

I have never applied for a quota hunt. What are the chances of being drawn with party that has not drawn either? I live in Knoxville while in school, and have noticed the majority of hunts are in this area.
 
I'd like to know how many points for each hunt on average as well. Other states that I apply in make this information readily available and easy to find but I can't readily locate TN's. I can tell you that I didn't draw Chuck Swan first hunt last year with no points.

I should be set for that hunt this year I have 2 priority loints

good deal. Ill have 1 point but also stand a good chance of drawing a GA wma hunt in that same time frame. GA posts their stats so I know my chances there, would really like to know the chuck swan 1st hunt draw odds. I would hate to draw both and lose points in one state without going on the hunt.

I think I remember seeing where it takes about 4 or 5 years for Yuchi. Ive put in for it the past two years, nothing yet.

I use Yuchi to build points without drawing something until I'm ready to hunt. I apply at Yuchi for 3 or 4 years then when I want to hunt another draw hunt, I'll put in for it.
