Looking to see if there are a few people wanting to do a Spring Turkey hunt trip. The deal is: I have a 30ft slide-out camper, Truck, and all the time in the world. But i am disabled and money is super tight. So if i can get a few people that would like to hunt somewhere like lbl, maybe this could benefit some others aswell as my self. If there is any interest pm me and we can try to put something together.

My camper will sleep 4-5 comfortablly. And i would be up for anywhere from a weekend trip to a week long one. I think with 4 people we could do 3-5 day trip for $100 plus food per person.

By the way i am not looking for any help getting me in and out of the woods. I can handle that on my own.

I would like to do a 4-5 day hunt so the first day we could put boot to dirt and scout. With 4 or 5 guys, we should be able to locate some good areas.

I hike a lot in LBL, let me know if a group wants to go there and I might be able to come down and hunt some on the open quota. LBL is a lot of walking and an excellent chance for an all day hunt (lots of woods to walk/call).

I usually take a trip to AL and hunt the national forest down there, it opens in late March its tough hunting but its still fun.

I am hoping for a super cold winter to kill off some of the ticks and bugs. They were brutal on me this year and i treated my clothing 2 times during turkey season.

Thanks Mike. That would be awesome. There seems to be good interest in LBL (probably the non-quota hunt). Unless we have enough that get drawn for the quota hunt i am looking at some non-quota wmas aswell. Anyone know anything about Laurel Hill or any other good sized wma's?

I can't wait till march 22. I have an 11yr old that i got a new 20ga for this christmas. Last year i got one right in front of him, but it was in a thicket and he missed the shot. He held the gun up for about a half hour and his arms were like jello by the time he pulled the trigger.

Okay folks lets start talking hunt dates. I will throw April 14-18 out there. If you are really interested give me some feedback. I will try to work it out to get 4-5 people who can go at the same time.

Just got back on here.

I need to check the dates, but regardless I live close enough I could come down for at min 1 day.
