I have a Verizon phone. Where I intend on placing a spypoint is getting a AT&T tower at the moment. Verizon doesn't work there at lower elevations, only the higher elevations. I'll be fine right? AT&T camera to Verizon phone? I'm doing some assuming on the service I guess but the tower is literally in eye sight. This is purely for knowing when to go shoot hogs.

The phone type you have doesn't matter, I have some att cams and Verizon cams with a Verizon phone.

That's exactly what I needed to know. Verizon is definitely the best in most of my area just not there. Thank you!

I got it in but not having much luck. I really can't tell if my signal is red or orange. It probably takes 10 minutes to even get past the green flashing. It's taking pictures and recording to the card but not transmitting. I've been through the steps enough times that I'm over it. Maybe I'll drive somewhere else and try later.

Phone type is irrelevant.

A Verizon cell cam will only work with verizon cell coverage.

PSFH - what camera did you get? What service provider has best signal at location of camera site? What service provider are you running your Spypoint through?

If ATT has nearest tower and best signal at exact location (mentioned above) and you are trying to get Verizon signal through your camera at that exact spot, I can see why you are having difficulties.

Just trying it at the house for the moment. There is a Verizon and AT&T tower within 2 miles. No hills in between. It's the Nationwide version of the Link Micro. I can see a Verizon signal on my phone because it's Verizon but I can't verify the AT&T signal because I have no AT&T device, I just know they have a tower close by the house and where I intend on putting the camera.

I thought the nationwide version was anything other than Verizon. That is my understanding.
