......Vols fans. Tomorrow Vols and Buckeyes stand as one in support of a favorite son of the Vols, Payton Manning, and against that _ichigan man, Tom Brady. Go Big Orange! Go Broncos!

Peyton.

So, cur are you standing with me and the rest of your sons of the South and sons of the SEC?

Well at least cur will stand with me. I guess the Vols fans are a bunch of closet Yankees pulling for the Patriots. :rotf: :poke:

No. I really
Never forgave the Pats for beating Miami in 85 to go on to the Super Bowl to face Chicago. Had Miami won it would have been the best Super Bowl of all times .

So now as much as it pains me to cheer on Glory Boy Peyton.... A man has to do what a man has to do and be sure NO NFL team named after a state ever wins a super bowl

I gotta tell you watching NFL games just has not been the same without John Madden . I sure miss his colorful commentary and the human element he brought to the game

That's just a little strange but ....OK. :tu:

Chicago's only loss that year was to Miami . Miami was poised to meet Chicago in Super Bowl 85. It promised to be the battle of the century as Miami was having one of their best seasons recently and it seemed Chicago could do nothing wrong and dominated everyone they played . Instead Pats S snuck in their and beat the Dolphins depriving Dan Marino a shot at the Super Bowl and denying us fans the Greatest Super Bowl of all times .

So forgive me if I don't shed a tear for the Pats tonight.
