State agencies offering hunting/shooting courses

I think that could benefit hunter numbers, especially among your city type folk that havent grown up around that. If the agency has plenty of money to do it with, then I think that would be wise. If they are hurting for money then I dont think it would be. It would depend on if it affected some other(more worthwhile) program to me.
 
Just go the range and watch. Old and young, I see it all the time, shooters flinching, improper rifle/shoulder alignment, perched on the edge of the seat, breathing like just finished a 50 yard dash.

When you try something and you aren't good at it, a lot of people jsut fade away from that activity(you ever play tennis?) So, yeah, I think if properly managed and taught, these kinds of state sponsored activities would be beneficial.
