I'd speculate more will drop their antlers in the next week than did in the past month, but you may still have half the bucks holding an antler past mid-March, and a few on into April. Last week, most in Stewart Co still had both sides, but I'm "guessing" maybe 15-20% had dropped one or both by this past Sunday. Surprisingly, they're still finding (and eating) some red oak acorns, on top of having a mild winter with an abundance of various food sources. Probably more than normal (at least in this area) will hold into April.
Late holding makes for very tough shed finding (weeds, etc. growing up before they drop), and very frustrating when you spend a day looking, then realize very few have even dropped. On the bright side, more of those you don't find this year will not get picked up by coyotes nor eaten by rodents, as they tend to find fewer as well when they're shed later. You can find many of this year's late sheds next January.
