6 months later. I ended up with 25 bottles. I usually bottle one or 2 in clear bottles just to see the clarity and color, the rest are in dark green bottles. I'll let these age for about 6 months, but the samples I tasted while bottling were great. A little harsh, but that is expected with a young wine.
