Of course there are the websites that calculate arrow speed. I've got all the other info, but how much would two Super String leeches, a peep site, and a draw loop weigh in grains so I can calculate speed?

There are far more variables that effect arrow speed . Best thing is not to worry about speed and focus on your shooting . If it really concerns you , shoot through a chrono.

Dickson Sportsman said their chrono isn't working correctly right now. I will need to find one in the area.

The only question is do the string leeches do what you wanted. Do they quieten the bow? If they do don't worry about the reduction in speed. It won't be enough to affect the shootablility of your rig. If they don't really quieten the bow much take them off and don't look back.

Unless you're just curious as to what speed your bow is shooting, it doesn't matter all that much right now. I guarantee it's more than enough to kill a deer.

I guess with an IBO of 302 on my 60-70# bow and I am drawing 60# with a draw length of 29", arrow about 400 grains, I should be around 255-260 fps which should be all the speed I need. My bow has a 7.5" brace height which is nice.

UTGrad. you shouldnt loose more than 8-9 fps, but really, use the items you asked about for thier purpose, and dont worry about speed loss. Your bow can be setup anyway you prefer and you will still have plenty of speed an energy to take down a whitetail!

Sweet, it sure does hit that bag target pretty hard.
