Bought a new Strother Valor a couple months ago.... Not sure how, but somehow the string got screwed up pretty bad.... I'm thinking it happened when I took it to my neighbor's house to leave during our vacation.... I usually take my Bows & guns to his house when we are gonna be away or a while...(just to ease my mind a bit)
Anyway, the string had a few strands visibly broke or cut, so I ordered a set of Vapor Trail... Now the bow is quite a bit louder.. Also, It has some sort of dual cam (Viking)system). WHat should I look for on these to make sure everything is good? I also noticed the cables are now real close to my vanes when I shoot.. Should I check for cam lean & adjust with the Y-end of the Cable? I have always dealt with single cam bows & this one has me a little bumfuzzled..... I reckon I should take it back to the bow shop, but I would like to be able to beat this thing by myself
