I saw two groups of birds yesterday on the way to work. I saw 2 Toms in full strut in the first group and the second group was a 20+ bird group that had 6 struting Toms in it. Anyone else seeing any sruting going on?

I've seen a few on the way to work myself. They are just getting started pestering some hens at this point, from what I'v e seen. Slowly starting to crank up. Still a few weeks out.

Saw a couple strutin on the way to the NWTF on Saturday. Also, saw a big group yesterday had two big boys strutin and a few others just scratching around. Man can the season come any slower.

Saw 86 birds in a field on the way to work this morning. Stopped and counted them, also counted ten strutters and saw several toms that weren't strutting (harder to see them. They were all bunched to gether this morning, but the strutters were pushing each other around a bit.

its weird...but i have seen them strutting and gobbleing during deer season.....most of the time it is warm out when they do that.....so i guess they probally do it year round...
