Is it possible for a hen to strut? Still learning things but never heard of that. A buddy sent me a video of what he says is one but I can't tell. He's not known as a fibber. Just gonna ask.

Ya. There's a bearded hen turkey mount that somebody posted on here that's in strut.

I took a pic of one a couple years ago that was in full strut. Not sure where the pic is

I have seen it a couple times in the wild and had some tame hens that would strut around.

I've seen it a couple times. Once it was a hen with a dozen poults that couldn't have been more than a week old. She was showing her dominance to the other hens and even tried to gobble a few times. Of course this was back before the days of camera phones or I would have got a video of it.

Last year, I had a hen puff up same shape as a strut and push a juvenile raccoon out of the field. It was Hilarious- lasted several minutes. Never seen it done to another turkey though
