Sullivan Bend (Dogs with trackers running deer before opening of muzzleloader and rifle season)

Did anyone this year in the Sullivan Bend area have dogs with GPS orange trackers collars on them running deer prior to opening of muzzleloader and rifle season as well as on Friday's before a weekend during these seasons as well? I have the dogs on my cam and possibly the individuals who are releasing the dogs? If so, please respond with what you know. Thx
