Summit Viper Sd Ultra or Goliath?

Snag a can of GreatStuff…the expandable spray foam and shoot it into the hollow tube. Razor blade the overflow once it sets and you're good. Sound deadening, no wasps, less chance of rainwater turning to ice expanding and bursting your investment. I have a viper 20 something years old and it's pretty much like the day I bought it.

I've had my Goliath SD for probably close to 10 years now, if not more, and love it. It's solid and offers plenty of room for me. Haven't used the Viper so I can't really compare the two, but the Goliath gets my vote.

Have a summit viper SD and openshot also owned a Goliath about ten years ago, sold it but was very comfortable and roomy. I'm 5"11 170 ibs but now days I just use my open shot I bow only and all my summits have the original foot rest also makes big difference when sitting all day. Either way you go summit has something ya will like and keep forever. When I was 12 used my cousin's baker and we'll just say was pulling bark out my front side for a week lol so for Christmas Dad got me summit saber , so in thirty years of hunting have only owned summit stands there reliable and safe. Good luck God bless

Im getting the Summit Viper Sd Ultra after some research, don't think i could go wrong with either
My opinion, if you are over 6'3" and weigh over 230lb I would go with Goliath. I am 6'4" and 220lb and the viper is bordeline big enough for me. Wish it was a tad wider on the seating area and more knee room at the front bar.

Iam 6 1 220 and have SD. It works good, use thermal pad for extra cushion the sling seat is not great for all day sits. but man an extra inch wider and two or so longer would perfect. I like it because it is lightweight for FT Campbell when you do the stupid endless search for a better spot when they probably walked right by your truck.
