Bird gobbled twice on roost then hushed, so as I made my way to the edge of the field he gobbled around 150 yards across the field. I managed to close around 30 more yards before sitting down, I gave him a small sequence, then immediately got an answer! I gave him one more exited sequence of callss and immediately got him to answer agian. This time I knew he was on his way! I watched the tom come up through the field strutting and gobbling, I gave him a really soft Yelp and he was pointed right at me , and was making ground quick,!! Finally when he was within 15 yards everytime he would gobble it would shake my insides :shock:, after letting him out in a show for a min I laid him to rest
