I didn't get an "after" picture as I was too busy getting everything else ready and eating but you get the idea. :)
 
They look good,you use gas or charcoal thru the week?,strip some shag bark hickory bark off and throw a little on which ever grill your using and try it on pork too :super: it don't get much better in E Tn with that combo unless its a pork steak with the McCormick's throwed on it
 
Yeppers, charcoal all the way here.
If I don't have time to grill I am too busy with the wrong stuff in life.

I actually have a bag of hickory chips I used on some ribs the other day. I will try that on my pork steak next time.
My dad used to use the scaly bark hickory trick. :)
