Which one would you rather do?

A. Call in a bird for someone else and watch him/her blast it

B. Be a lone ranger and do it all yourself

I love both, but for me I choose A just because the experience is so much sweeter when sharing it with someone. What about you ?

I've killed enough of'em over the years. These days I'd rather call one in for others (especially kids). There's nothing more rewarding.

AAAAAA most definetly, that is what i love about turkey hunting. as long as i call him in i get just as much pleasure as if i had pulled the trigger. plus the other person gets the thrill of killing the ole thunderchicken, its a win win situation!!!!!!

I am B all the way but it's because I'm still fairly new to turkey hunting and love to do things on my own... When I'm older and experienced I will probably love to take people and call in their first bird.

A and B - Me and my buds that I hunt with have only hunted turkeys for the last 2 years. Each of us only has only 1 so far. Calling birds for one another lets us practice our calling skills. On the other hand, it's always good to get out on our own to test our skills.

Both, but my favorite anymore is me alone in the woods going to war with a really nasty longbeard who is almost unkillable. One that takes hours to finally get into range, and really likes to talk.

"A"...especially for first timers. But I did get a little too cocky about it one year and it caused me not to limit. Humble pie at its best...

A

I had the pleasure of calling in the first for my step-daughter and a good friend last spring, both on public ground, on the first two hunts of the year. Although I didn't kill one myself, it was one of my best seasons. I hope I can get my sons and wife their firsts this year.

A, especially when it is the Mrs. doing the shooting.... or someone new to the game.

B, when I have played with his mind and gotten to within 40yds of him and ready to pull the trigger... usually overcoming several hurdles along the process.
