Grilled a couple ribeyes last night.
They looked pretty good but didn't have quite as much marbling as I like but I went for it.
Tasted great but other than the "tail" the rest of it was pretty tough.
Dunno if we didn't let them rest long enough or what I could have done to help.
Oh well, win some lose some when you deal with marginal beef.
