Has anybody had a Tactacam Reveal Gen 1 start acting weird? I have had this one for a little over a year with no problems it was updated correctly last month. But the past few days it has been sending me random pictures about every 30 minutes, and when deer are infront of it sends half grey pics. Any tips or advice?

I have three of them no problems out of the others.
I have a reveal x and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. Tech support never responded to 3 request in past 8 days. Ended up doing a hard reset and it went back to working. Maybe that will help?

I was getting a lot of false triggers Monday.. but it's back to normal. The half grayed pictures are due to low signal at transmission.
Half gray could be faulty SD card as well. If easily accessible, I'd pull it, replace batteries and SD card, eject SIM card and reinstall, basically resetting everything, then setup in my yard to make sure it works for 1-2 days before trusting it again. Beyond this, I'd reach out to Tactacam, as it may need more attention like a reflash, etc.
I will try that if nothing improves. Not the easiest place to access, but it has great service so I was also thinking sd card. It has over 20,000 pictures on it.

Is it possible the daylight sensor has something on it so it thinks it's dark out when taking daylight pictures?
I have one that seems to be chewing batteries faster since the update. not sure but use external batteries so if rotated a new one in to see. and I have one that hasn't checked in in 2 days. i'm hoping a buck isn't wearing it haha. I have a young buck that has torn down my exclusion cage twice. once he toted it into the woods about 3 hundred yards. this camera I have on a plastic fence post and he was looking at it from about 5feet on the last photo I received.
