I have a lifetime license Just a hard card. How are people handling that situation now with the new regs requiring you to have birds checked in before moving?! Is everyone getting kill tags printed or using phone or just not worrying about it or what lol.

You're supposed to be able to do it on your phone whether you have cell service or not. Not sure how that works but I've read that on TWRA Facebook and Instagram pages. I too have a lifetime license and printed the tags just in case. You have to be logged in to do it. Just can't go to TWRA website and do so.

If you have the app, just check it as soon as you kill it. Otherwise you need the paper tags.
Printed them at my house. Hopefully the app will work as it should but figured I'd rather have them and not need them rather than need them and not have them.drake799":337mmgl4 said:

You dont have to have cell service to open the app and check the bird. From what I understand, the app will then automatically send the check in to their servers once your phone is in cell service.
