...........is over! I hope for the rest of the year! Although somewhat costly, I felt the need to punctuate a really good practice session tonight! When shooting groups, I usually try to hit at 2 o'clock, 6 o'clock and 10 o'clock around the bulls eye to keep collisions from happening. This last shot, I just let'er fly.

That feeling - the one where you feel like whatever you can see, you can hit - was with me. Amazing!

Funny you should mention that, Bow. I shoot from my deck and from time to time there's this big honking hornet that tries to fly up my sleeve! I've actually stopped shooting and gone into the house for my tennis racket.

Anyway, I'm also in a hummer flyzone. We've got feeders on both the front and back of the house and they're constantly flying back and forth. About every 3rd-4th shot I make, it's with a hummer buzzing around my head! You know how they'll do that - just stop and look at you! :D It is tough for me to concentrate unless I know it's not that daym'd hornet!
