Tennessee it is!

One of the big questions about Heupel was could he get the defense recruits.. it certainly looks like he can.

I may be wrong, but I have a feeling NIL played a big factor.

I'm not a fan of NIL as far as the way the game is going, but if it's the way recruiting is played now, I'm glad we're at the forefront.

I'd say you're right. I don't like it either but seems to be leveling the playing field with those that were doing it anyway. I know they were all doing it just some better than others.

It's a big factor at most Power 5 programs now. He had 41 offers including USC, bama, UF, Michigan, Ohio St ....ect.....

He will get a good NIL deal at UT but he would have at any of those Schools.and if he couldn't those Schools need to get it In gear because that's how college football is going to work now

Just glad UT is keeping Tennessee boys in the state instead of Clemson now.

Hopefully he'll stay where he signs for all of his academic years but, a kid that coveted will be encouraged everyday of his career to transfer somewhere else. Where he starts isn't necessarily where he ends up in four or five years. I'm hoping UT can keep him.

This is an excellent point. Too easy to transfer without penalty now.
