I know some of yall obsess over Alabama and Nick Saban, but lets discuss the upcoming Vols/Gators game.

For the record I already took FL -20.5.
 
Not like y'all with the vols there captain obvious! FL by at least 2 TD's.
 
I took fl to cover that spread.

But with @rem270 i took the vols to cover 30.5. I think he might have been inebriated when we made that bet.

I'm a straight shooter and I just don't think the vols have a honest chance. That's just too much to ask of a team with new coaches, new schemes and soooo many lost in the portal. Not making excuses, just stating facts.

I do believe Fl is ranked higher than they are actually performing. I just hope Richardson doesn't play and Jones does. Richardson is going to be a force to deal with.

I also hope Hooker gets the start and not Milton. Anything can happen and GO VOLS!

Richardson will play. He is nearly 100%. I just don't think UF covers the -20 though. Think we pull away late third early fourth quarter.

It'a such a long shot, everything has to go our way & we have to catch multiple breaks along the way. We could make a play or two in special teams that could build a little momentum and if the stars aligned and we hit a deep ball with a receiver running wide open… Nothing is impossible but it ain't looking good. Basically we have to repeat the first half of Georgia last year, then not piss down our leg in the second half. Be a lot easier if it was a noon game but I'm glad it's not from a viewing perspective.
I heard a line at 21 I think? That's such a big number but sadly it's probably about right.
 
I'll probably watch for a bit, and then maybe check in from time to time later on.

I've just lost my zeal for most sports in general, and usually find something better to occupy my time.

Now, I may watch the 10 minute version on YouTube a day or two later :D !

I do find entertainment reading message boards after the game from fans of both sides. I especially like reading threads that are going on during the game. It's a form of people watching for me.
 
I would like think the Vols can keep with within 20.5. Josh Heupel's teams have scored 30-plus points 36 times in 39 games. If the Vols score 30, that puts UF at 50. I'm not sure I see that in this big of a rivalry but who knows. The Gators win uncontested either way.
