Texas guided Hunts

I am looking into taking my son and some friends to Texas to hunt. Looking for a management deer hunt and possibly some hogs / exotics. We have never been and just looking for a change of scenery and fun experience. Does anyone have a recommendation on an outfitter? It's very overwhelming to just look up outfitters over the internet not having any experience there.

Used to go to Texas hog hunting quite a bit. We would go in at night after the deer hunters left with our dogs to kill as many hogs as possible. The deer "hunting" apparently consists of sitting in a shooting house watching a feeder. At least at the ranch's I hunted at.

.....or riding around private property in a high rack truck looking for muy grande. I'm not being judgmental, that's just the way it's done by a lot of Texas outfitters.
