...is that if they've played the game enough times to have learned how to avoid being shot they may have had company along the way. Juvenile birds tend to follow in their footsteps. I don't know exactly why they do so being adversaries and all, but most of the times I've watched the big birds strutting the juveniles are elbow to elbow with them even if they aren't strutting themselves. I'm sure some of them pick up on those avoidance techniques and get a head start on becoming those somewhat "unkillable" birds.
