A few years ago, a buddy came to fish with me one day on Priest. It was raining and storming the hybrids were tearing the topwater up. We caught well over a 100 and the harder it rained the more we caught. I had forgot to get a hat. He loaned me one, it was a Vol hat, and I told him that was probably worse than bringing a banana with us. It was, well for me. I was catching fish on most every cast before he showed up and got in the boat. I borrowed the hat because I had been without one and as soon as I put the Vol hat on, I quit catching fish. He was catching fish, he didn't have a vol hat on. I threw the vol hat in the lake and immediately starting catching fish again. NO VOL hats for me!
