I agree with the list for the most part, but I think both Nebraska and Texas are overrated.
Nebraska was strong from the '70s through the mid-90's, but they weren't anything special prior to that, and have really faded in recent years.
Texas seems to be a "feast-or-famine" team. They're either in the hunt for the national championship, or they're nowhere to be found. That's not consistent enough to be a blue-blood in my book.
