I made the journey from Knoxville to Vonore this morning to have my crossbow fixed . Had a cracked limb pocket . This place is awesome . Joe got it replaced on warranty in 10 minutes vs. 2 weeks minimum sending it into Horton . I voiced my concerns of maybe a limb being cracked since the pocket was cracked and he was glad to inspect the entire bow . Awesome guy and really knows his stuff . Ended up putting a new scope on it while I was there and he sat out with me while I sited it in and sharing "deer camp" stories for at least 2 hours.. He has a great selection of Horton crossbows and accessories and it's the best customer service I have ever had ! You can't find this kind of service anymore . I would highly recommend this shop to everyone . If anyone want the information let me know and I will send you the number or post it here
