The guy singing the anthem was loud on the PA. When the jets flew over, I remember thinking that he must have paused singing.
Nada, he had finished but you couldn't hear it from the power of those planes.
Oh yeah, the crowd started chanting USA after that. Spine tingling!

Little additional info on that flyover……
Friends of ours used to " babysit" him.
He scrambles from Langley to protect US Capital, Pentagon, and White House.

Our seats were too far under the overhang to see it but we dang sure heard it. Pretty cool later when they introduced them and 2 had UT shirts under their flight suits.
