That was one of the best fishing trips I have ever charted. I think we kept 17 speckled trout, 3 flounder and 4 redfish. We released 6 Spanish Mackerel, 3 Blackfish (tripletail) about 10 gaftopsail.

You release the trips? Too small? I know FL went to a 18 inch minimum back in 2018 which I think was a great move for the fishery.

Excellent table fare. Quality sharp knife and a "steel" recommended for knocking the sides off

Yea 18 inches is the minimum. Our biggest was 17.5.
