These birds stayed in the same spot for 45 minutes. I started out about 400 yards away.The wind was blowing 20 MPH so I had to call loud. I dont know if they could even hear me I finally moved around and got them to come. Another gobbler started fighting with them and gobbling. They came close but just would not commit.All I needed was another 20 yards. Wish I would of had a decoy. The beard on one of these must be close to 12 inches. Whats funny is they ended up strutting right next to my truck. BTW I know my calling sucks and I usually dont hunt that close to my truck, it just played out that way.
