I'm settled in now, but this a lot different than sitting under a cedar with a 30 30. This is peaceful right now.

Thanks for the tip. I was just looking at satellite images of the property I hunt and found the perfect bottleneck.

I'm always looking at aerial photos and topo maps to pick out good funnels and potential stand sites. If you want , post a topo of your hunting spot without giving away the location and we can help you select potential stand locations.
Most of my best bowhunting stands were selected from studying topo maps in advance.
