Got a good friend from church that doesn't turkey hunt but fishes and quail hunts a lot. Every year I bring him over some turkey and he gives me as much quail and crappie as I want.

Makes for a heck of a trade! Got 20 quail and 30 crappie filets to cook up now and all the hard work is already done

I absolutely love crappie but have never learned to catch them consistently. I may just pack up all the turkey I have in the freezer and drive over to middle TN for that kind of trade.
