Made with a buck from last year with a little ground pork.
I tried something new this time. Instead of regular bread crumbs, I threw some stovetop stuffing in the blender and used about 3/4 cup in with the meat.
Hopefully I remember to take pictures of the finished product.
Once it's had a chance to catch some cherry smoke I'll add the topping.
