I think I have returned all pm's, if anyone is seriously interested get back with me as I going to sweeten the deal a little. I need to get this taken care because with the warm weather coming I will start scouting and I will be hunting somewhere come mid-March. I will wait about a week to give folks on here first chance but after that I will be posting in other places.. I don't think my deal can be beat unless you have your own lease or are already hunting for free somewhere.
