I spent the morning thinking it was Thursday and planned on a good nearly-end-of-the-week dinner. Disappointment set in about noon but I was still determined to have a good meal. I ended up grilling some pork chops and using up the last of my smoked cherry preserves I made over the summer. Roasted red potatoes tossed in olive oil, paprika, salt, and parsley and some garlic brocolli went with it. Just came out too pretty to not document.
